Is 15 bar g pressure the limit for a BSL mixer?
BSL offers low-pressure gas mixers suitable up to 15 bar, plus a 40 bar range for high-demand applications. We quote peak flows at application pressure for honest, relevant performance.
What are the pros and cons of owning a gas analyser?
BSL gas mixers come with a very detailed test certificate describing every detail of the calibration and certification. When clean and dry gases are used with your mixer, it will consistently deliver precise and accurate results.
Do you provide gas mixers for oxygen and nitrogen?
BSL provides gas mixers built for oxygen and nitrogen, with oxygen-safe components and wide compatibility across our Gas-Mix series.
Can I upgrade my FW1 panel to a higher flow?
We can upgrade your FW1 unit to a higher flow rate as it is designed to accommodate such enhancements.
Do you supply MFCVs for oxygen and hydrogen generators?
Yes, we supply mass flow control valves for oxygen and hydrogen generators and can develop more for other gases if needed.
Do you provide lower flow, portable gas mixers and analysers?
BSL gas mixers come in all shapes and sizes and we offer a range of small, hand-held gas analysers to complement them.
What grade of gas filters do you supply?
We provide filters for all major industrial gases with a 0.01 micron filter media. We also recommend using a 60 micron strainer in the line that feeds the mixer to protect it from high-speed particles, especially if the installation hasn’t been purged adequately.
