BSL gas mixers do not require electricity or buffer tanks, which eliminates the need for expensive cylinder deliveries. This results in a significant reduction in costs associated with gas mixing operations.

BSL allows custom gas blend ratios to match your exact requirements – just tell us the gases, ratio, flow and pressure, and we’ll do the rest.

One of the key advantages of most BSL gas mixers is that they operate entirely through pressure and mechanical means, requiring no electrical power or buffer tank. This makes them ideal for mixing hydrogen for heat treatment or furnace applications without the need for electrical power or large buffer storage tanks. 

The main feature of these valves is their effectiveness in setting and controlling the flow of gas, especially when the downstream pressure changes, for example when filling a buffer tank.

BSL offers low-pressure gas mixers suitable up to 15 bar, plus a 40 bar range for high-demand applications. We quote peak flows at application pressure for honest, relevant performance.

BSL gas mixers come with a very detailed test certificate describing every detail of the calibration and certification. When clean and dry gases are used with your mixer, it will consistently deliver precise and accurate results.

BSL provides gas mixers built for oxygen and nitrogen, with oxygen-safe components and wide compatibility across our Gas-Mix series.
