Yes, we supply mass flow control valves for oxygen and hydrogen generators and can develop more for other gases if needed. Many manufacturers produce generators for each of these gases, and the BSL mass flow control valve is suitable for all of them.
Accommodating hydrogen is surprisingly more accessible than oxygen. Oxygen, being the most challenging, requires us to use only oxygen-compatible materials and thoroughly clean all the components. However, our expertise allows us to provide a solution even for oxygen, up to the 1600 l/min flow at a 14 bar g area. This solution is also suitable for inert gases and hydrogen.
