What are the key features?
What does it do?
The GasMix FW Panel range works by taking two supply gases from either liquid sources or cylinders, which are then filtered before entering the mixing panel. The panel itself is equipped with several key features to ensure accurate and reliable gas mixing.
First, the gases are fed into the panel where they undergo pressure balancing due to our ultra-precise BSL Mass Flow Control Valves (MFCVs). This process maintains a constant flow of gas by equalising the pressures of the incoming supply gases. This ensures that the mixture ratio remains consistent even if there are fluctuations in supply pressure.
The GasMix FW Panel can be configured to provide either a pre-set mixture determined by the customer or an adjustable mixture. The mechanical nature of the mixing process means that no electrical supply is required, enhancing the reliability and robustness of the panel.
The mixed gas can then be directed to up to three different outlets, depending on your specific needs. These outlets can feed directly into a gas analyser for continuous monitoring of the mixed gas output or straight to the process requiring your mixed gas.
